## The challenge
Savannah Properties needed a faster, clearer website that could carry real traffic and turn visitors into customers.

I rebuilt the front end around semantic HTML and hand-written CSS, removed the plugin bloat that was slowing the site down, and restructured the key pages around a single clear call to action.
